Anniek Sienot presented her research on the panel “Contested Commons: Climate, Space, and the Arctic” at the 122nd Annual Meeting of the American Political Science Association (APSA), held in Boston on 3–6 September 2026. The meeting is one of the largest gatherings of political scientists worldwide, and this year’s theme was “Democracy Under Threat: How to Understand, Protect, and Rebuild”.
