Observatori researcher Martijn Vlaskamp (IBEI) co-organised this year’s edition of the IBEI Security Symposium on January 20th, 2025. Among the speakers, the Observatori researchers Diego Badell (UAB), Adrià Rivera (UOC), Aitor Bonsoms, Yoana Kisyova (UAB/IBEI) and Giovanni Dini (UAB/IBEI) all presented ongoing work. The Symposium included panels on Gender and Security, Intrastate Conflicts, European Security and International Security.
