Observatori researcher Eduard Soler (UAB/IBEI) participated as a trainer in the First Training for Diplomats and Officials from Central Asian countries on EU Foreign Policy, organised by the College of Europe and financed by the European External Action Service. Twenty-five diplomats and officials took part in the sessions, which were held in Brussels this May and inaugurated by the College of Europe’s rector, Federica Mogherini. Eduard’s sessions were on the EU in a changing international environment and EU foreign, security and defence policies: who is who and how does it work.
