Giovanni Dini has joined the European Foreign Policy Observatory research group. He has gained the PhD scholarship granted by the ‘Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Competitiveness’ in the framework of the project ‘EUSOV’. EUSOV explores how the EU responds to the geopoltical turn and emerging systemic rivalry that increasingly seem to characterise the international order.

Dini will conduct his research at Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (IBEI). He holds a master’s degree in International Relations from IBEI and received his bachelor’s in History and Hispanic Studies from the University of Nottingham. His research will explore the evolution of governance regimes in response to the ongoing emergence of Artificial Intelligence.
