The Obs researcher and CIDOB Director, Pol Morillas, is the recipient of the Outstanding Dissertation Award by the UAB (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona) in the framework of the PhD Program ‘Politics, Policies and International Relations’.
Morillas’ dissertation analyses the role of the EEAS and has been published by Palgrave under the title ‘Strategy-Making in the EU: From Foreign and Security Policy to External Action‘.
