EU-NormCon researchers, Oriol Costa (UAB-IBEI), Patricia Garcia-Duran (UB) y Anna Herranz-Surrallés (Maastricht University) have published their research on the politicization of the EU trade policy in the special issue “Politicization of EU Trade Policy across Time and Space” in the journal Politics and Governance.

Patricia Garcia-Duran and Oriol Costa together with Leif Johan Eliasson (East Stroudsburg University) el have published the article ‘Managed Globalization 2.0: The European Commission’s Response to Trade Politicization‘. In their paper, the authors delve into the European Commission role during the negotiations of the TTIP and CETA.

Anna Herranz-Surrallés analises in ther article entitled ‘”Authority Shifts” in Global Governance: Intersecting Politicizations and the Reform of Investor–State Arbitration‘ the consequences for the EU of the politicization of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law and of the Energy Charter Treaty.
