EU-NormCon researchers, Oriol Costa (UAB-IBEI) and Patricia Garcia-Duran (UB) together with Dirk De Bièvre (Universiteit Antwerpen) and Leif Johan Eliasson (East Stroundsburg University) are the editors of the forthcoming March 2020 special issue in the journal Politics and Governance.
The special issue is the result of the work presented and discussed at IBEI in July 2018 as well as during a panel at the EUSA bi-annual conference in Denver in May 2019.
