The EU-NormCon researcher, Diego Badell (IBEI), has participated in the 13th Pan-European Conference on International Relations that has taken place in Sofia (Bulgaria) between the 11th and the 14th of September 2019.
Badell was part of the panel ‘EU responses to Gender and Migration Challenges’, which was organized by the ENTER project (European Foreign Policy Facing New Realities). He presented his work co-authored with Esther Barbé (UAB-IBEI) ‘The European Union and the robustness of the norm on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights’.
