Observatori and EU-NormCon researchers will participate in the biennial European Union Studies Association conference that will take place between the 9th and 11th of May 2019 in Denver (United States). Below you will find the details of participants in the 2019 EUSA International Biennial Conference.

Oriol Costa (UAB-IBEI) y Patricia Garcia-Duran (UB) will present the paper co-authored with Leif Johan Eliasson (East Stroudsburg University) ‘EU trade policy, politicization and managed globalization’. The paper falls within the panel ‘Politicization and EU Trade Policy’.

Robert Kissack (IBEI) will participate in the panel’ The European Union in International Organizations. Between Cacophony and Speaking with a Single Voice?’. He will present the paper ‘EU Member state coherence in the UN: city networks, common positions and agenda setting’.

Adrià Rivera (IBEI) will discuss his paper ‘The populist challenges to the EU foreign and security policy towards Egypt and Tunisia: A case of de- Europeanisation?’ in the panel ‘A de-Europeanisation and re-nationalisation of European Foreign Policy?’.
