The EU-NormCon principal investigator, Esther Barbé, participated in different events that took place in the framework of the 11th Pan-European EISA Conference in Barcelona. Barbé was one of the participants in the welcome speeches of the conference, jointly with the EISA President Thomas Diez. Barbé also participated in the roundtable ‘The importance of being International Relations scholars in a period of cleavages’, chaired by Thomas Diez (University of Tübingen). The roundtable was also formed by Fulvio Attinà (University of Catania), Jacint Jordana (IBEI), Etel Solingen (University of California, Irvine) and Michael Haas (University of Hawaii).
