The Observatori researcher Pol Morillas will lead as principal investigator CIDOB’s participation in the project EU-LISTCO “Europe’s External Action and the Dual Challenges of Limited Statehood and Contested Orders”, granted by the European Commission in the H2020 framework (reference 769886). The consortium is coordinated by the Freie Universität Berlin, under the supervision of Tanja Börzel and Thomas Risse. The project also counts with the participation of the Observatory researcher Eduard Soler.
